Christmas Carol and Memorial Service

Friday 29th November, 6pm

Join us for our Christmas Carol and Memorial Service. 

• See a photo of your loved one displayed on a slide show during the service
• We will be taking donations for Dementia UK
• Write a Christmas card for your loved one and post it in our memorial post-box
• Light refreshments will be provided
